Although they were battling the flu, Conroy-Mosdell and Wills were able to show they still had the capacity to play well. They, too, did well in their matches against opponents from all over Australia.

Horncastle, Hickey and Belgrave showed great improvement in outing. They may be at the bottom of the high performing Marlborough team players but they were able to show that they could be just as good as the others in the team.

Timms, Macdonald, Lewis and Downes were rewarded for their efforts. They were named during the tournament team.

The under-17 team missed adding a medal to Marlborough’s after they finished fourth.
