Conquer Professional Denver Singles Mania

June 18, 2009

I eschew drama, because dating games don’t “get” me. I finally bottomed out, this morning I ate a whole bag of Oreos. To ease the pain that comes from being alone, of course. I pretend to be ashamed about it. What does this mean? Well, it’s when I honestly considered finding a date in my new hometown.

No problem. I’ll meet new singles thru this Dallas dating service. And it never sounded better. The reason I mention my dating woes: We were at little Brent’s Easter egg hunt near North Dallas this afternoon, my sister wouldn’t get off my back about if I’ve found my one and only. At first I didn’t know what to say to that. My response was, “what’s your deal, yo?”

And of course The Old Tooter (aka: grandpa) chimed in on the topic of marriage. I leveled to each of them: “I’ll be fine, you would bring that up.”

You know what? They smiled politely. Perturbed, I went to the gym so I could clear my head. I still have no idea what to do! I can’t imagine what I was thinking there. Chuck, who was just deployed on military commission recommended that I enlist in Great Expectations. I said, “That’s what I was going to do.” See, everything always works out. I am truly grateful for this Dallas dating service.

At the time, matchmaking was kinda foreign to me. I showed up already a little anxious, so much so that I got a little queasy. A mere faux pas couldn’t bring an end to the evening. That night I enjoyed was a great way to start at Great Expectations. The one cool thing that really struck me were the honest, desirable singles.

Afterwards, I realized why so many people show up to these splendid Denver Singles Events and parties at Great Expectations, I ran into quite a few winners who certainly share a parallel understanding which made for a magnificent singles event. I really shouldn’t allow everyone give me a hard time about living the bachelor’s life after all these years. Surprisingly enough, mingling with Great Expectations is a good time and a remarkably refreshing dating experience.
